Two idiot girls: idiot trivia
In collaboration with Drew and Deison Afualo of Two Idiot Girls, Patreon crafted a strategy to engage and expand their audience thru a live event. This engaging, interactive ‘Idiot Trivia; night—unveiled via Patreon Shop—paired playful competition with a live Q&A. To build anticipation, the girls tapped into their community’s creativity, crowdsourcing questions directly from their followers with contributing pre and post-promotional assets made by the Patreon creative team. The event, boosted by the allure of exclusive prizes, drew over 500 devoted "bean freaks" in a whirlwind of laughter, fandom, and excitement. Alongside driving signups to their $5 tier to be eligible to play Trivia, the creators build on the success by releasing Trivia Night + Q&A through their Patreon Shop for $3, for those who couldn’t attend live.
